This was the first purchase from all the new skincare featured in my post "The Transition from High Street to High end" and the one I've used the most so it seemed fitting for this to be one of the first things I review from the lot. I bought this on the 3rd October, so its had a fair trial by now as well.
First of all you get 50ml of product, which is a lot, contained in this bright orange tub in the same shape and size as all the full sized Origins cremes. I call them cremes but my experience so far is that these are more of a gel like formula. When you unscrew the lid and remove the plastic cover you're hit with a fresh fruity scent. Its not over powering but the perfect balance and great for a morning treat to wake up your face and prepare it for make up. I've been using this after my Origins Zero Oil Cleanser & Clarins Toner in the morning and my make up has been going on like a dream. My face also stays hydrated but not oily, throughout the day.
I seem to be picking the right skincare at the moment as again, just like my review of the No7 Beautiful Skin Hydration Mask, I can't seem to fault this product. It does say on the tub to be used AM & PM but I wouldn't use this at night. Its too refreshing and too light for me. As previously said you get 50ml in a full size (although Boots & Origins regularly give you free samples and have offers on too so you can get it cheaper/with some freebies) for just £23 which I think its a really good price for something that looks like it will last me 6 months or more (I'm barely a third of the way down two months in).
What do you think of the Ginzing Energy Boosting Moisturiser? Or let me know what you think if you pick it up.
