Easy Butterfly Butter Cream Cupcakes

Mix 110g of unsalted butter and 110g of caster sugar until smooth. 
Mix in two medium eggs and 1 tbsp of vanilla
Mix 150g of self raising flour into the mixture and add a little milk to thin the mixture.
Spoon into cup cake cases and bake at 180c for 10-12 minutes until risen. 

Allow to cool completely.
For the butter cream mix unsalted butter with icing sugar until light and fluffy.
Cut out the top of the cupcake and split to form the wings.
Spoon in butter cream into each cake and top with wings.
