Easy Eggless Vanilla Ice Cream





I use an ice cream maker so this is super simple but I can also share with you how to make it without a machine. Simples.

In a jug mix 2 parts milk, 1 part icing sugar,  2 parts whipping cream and vanilla to taste.
This is also a great base mixture for most other ice creams. Just add extra flavours.

Machine: Pour into the ice cream maker and leave for 20-30 minutes.
Once frozen, transfer into a container and freeze.

By hand:
Place into a shallow bowl/tub/container and put in the freezer.
Stir with a whisk or fork every 30 minutes until solid.



For this post I made the ice cream in the freezer by hand, just to show you how it looks. Winner!
