Empties March 2018

We all use up stuff so here is my latest lot for the bin/recycling with my final thoughts included (obviously)

Elemis Papaya Enzyme Peel - A great exfoliating mask. Creamy and smells amazing. I havnt bought this again but I am using similar things and would use/buy again.

Clarins Blue Orchid Face Treatment Oil - A beautiful face oil this one. I love this a lot but I am using a much cheaper face oil at the moment. Would use/buy again

Urban Decay Troublemaker Mascara - I did a full review very recently. Currently using something else but you know me, I am not loyal to mascara.

Clinique Repairwear laser focus Serum - very pricey in my opinion. Didnt notice any real results at all. Wouldnt buy again, sorry.

Kiehls Creamy Eye Treatment - On my third tube now and would carry on using forever if Kiehls were cruelty free. Sadly they're not. One of the products I'm trying to phase out.

Bumble and Bumble Dont Blow It - Brought it again but have since stopped using it. Now I don't use anything of this nature but would happily use it again. In fact I might give it another go tonight. My hair is just SO long now - nothing really adds texture.

The Ordinary Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate Solution 20% in Vitamin F - What a mouthful. Basically Vitamin C. Juicy lovely Vitamin C. This claims to brighten and boost collagen production. Im not sure about the collagen cause I use a lot of products to boost this but I do feel like my skin is brighter. I have re-purchased.

Bumble and Bumble Dryspun Finish Hairspray - I've since moved on trying to find the ultimate texture spray but not a lot works on my heavy hair. If anyone has any recommendations let me know in the comments. This worked amazingly well when my hair was a lot shorter!

Elvie Extraordinary Oil Shampoo, Conditioner & Hair Oil - These would be too much for my hair now. I've finally grown out all the dry and damaged parts so this level of moisture isn't needed. Loved them at the time and they smell amazing though. Really worked.

Philip Kingsley Elasticizer - Again another oldie from a time when I really needed a lot of help with my hair. Perfect if you use a lot of bleach, have damaged hair and/or are trying to grow it out. Would use again if needed (fingers crossed its not)

Clinique Take the Day Off Cleansing Balm - will never be without this stuff. Ever.

  1. I relly want to give the Philip Kingsley Elasticizer a go, my hair is so frazzled it's disgusting. I'm trying to use less heat so the bumble and bumble stuff might be a good shout too. xx

    1. That mask and using no/less heat on your hair will really really help. I've been heat free now for over two years and I don't think I would go back now :)
