Fresh Soy Face Cleanser

Fresh is/was a new brand for me. Not the easiest to get hold of but I saw many a blogger and youtuber trying out masks and cleansers and all of the stuff looked incredible. I found the easiest place to pick it up for me was John Lewis (not spon, I WISH) although they don't have it in store at Glasgow I could order online. The masks all look amazing but I do have my mask game down (check out my skin care routine) and I'm a firm believer in the "if it aint broke" philosophy.

I picked up the Fresh Soy Face Cleanser and also a few other bits, which I might also review. At £30 for 150ml it's not the cheapest or the most expensive cleanser and out of the range I could buy from the Brand it seemed to be the most fitting for my skin type. For reference I have normal skin, bit dehydrated at times but no flakes or oil. I tend to avoid foaming cleansers though, just incase.

I'll be honest and say I was expecting great things from this cleanser. Not because I thought it was really expensive and I want it to wash my face, do the laundry and cook me dinner for that price but because of the hype. Fresh has become one of the more hyped brands recently but thankfully the hype in this case is justified.

First I love the packaging and in my bathroom it looks lovely. The tube is easy to use, feels secure (handy for travel) and Fresh also do a 50ml size which I might pick up for on flights. All of the Fresh packaging is just that, fresh. Fresh clean lines, small pretty details, bright but soft colours. I love the feel of the products and the reassuring weight in the packaging.

Formula wish this is a gel like consistency but isnt too thick, its still runny. It goes on the face easily and with water doesn't emulsify or foam but kind of froths..in a good way. The smell is very fresh, as you'd expect, mostly due to it cucumber scent. It claims to take off all make up, which sadly it doesn't. If you're using a mascara like the Glossier Lash Slick then you can use this but a heavier or water proof formula I would use a make up remover before hand. Other make up is easily removed though. I've been using this a lot both morning and evening as its great for both.

What other products do I need to pick up from Fresh? I've got my eye on the Fresh Rose Deep Hydration Face Cream and pretty much ALL the masks but would love recommendations.
